By accessing or using MeRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MeRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for small businesses. The Service includes contact management, deal tracking, task management, reporting, and related features accessible via web browsers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' prior notice.
  • Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion and may be limited or revoked at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data").
  • You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Data solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of Your Data.
  • We will not access Your Data except to provide the Service, prevent or address technical issues, or as required by law.
  • You may export or delete Your Data at any time through the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MeRM and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeRM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We will retain Your Data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
